Meet Dylan

Dylan’s journey with iAMP began during the summers of 2023 and 2024, while he was pursuing his degree at Penn State University. Over those two summers, he gained hands-on exposure tocathodic protection, AC mitigation, and above-ground coating projects, experience that solidified his passion for the corrosion industry.

In May 2025, Dylan graduated from Penn State Smeal College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He returned to iAMP as a Corrosion Technician, having earned his CP-1 certification, and quickly demonstrated his ability to contribute both in the fiueld and in project coordination, bridging his technical field experience with a strong analytical. Foundation.

In March of 2026, Dylan stepped into a Project Management role, where he assists in planning, coordinating, and executing projects safely and effectively for iAMP’s clients. He approaches every engagement with a service-first mindset and a commitment to continuous growth within the industry.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, tackling house renovation projects, and cheering on the Philadelphia sports teams.
